Yes, we do. Delivery is available for no charge to most of the Grand Lake area. We also offer delivery within 150 miles of our store, which includes the Four State area of Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and northwest Arkansas.

If you live outside our delivery area, Notable Outdoor Living can drop ship anywhere in the United States.

No. We will fully assemble the furniture for you.

Made in the USA by a team of Amish craftsmen, Berlin Gardens poly outdoor furniture is manufactured in Ohio. It is then shipped to Notable Outdoor Furniture. Once the shipment arrives, our staff will either finish assembling the furniture in our shop or on your deck, dock, porch or patio when we deliver it.

The only furniture we don’t assemble are pieces that are drop shipped.

All of the Berlin Gardens LLC outdoor furniture are built using only the highest-grade poly lumber.

Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, poly lumber is the secret behind manufacturing durable, low-maintenance furniture designed to last decades. Because it is manufactured from 95% recycled quality plastics, such as milk jugs, poly lumber is also environmentally friendly.

Berlin Gardens uses two types of poly in its furniture — PolyTuf™ and the new Seaboard®.

PolyTuf™ recycled plastic lumber is a mainstay of the furniture industry due to its high strength-to-weight ratio and versatility.

VYCOM® Seaboard® HDPE is a denser alternative to PolyTuf™. This premium marine-grade poly (MPG) can be fabricated to create more customized furniture designs with a thinner profile.

Yes, Berlin Gardens LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its PolyTuf™ and Seaboard® outdoor furniture will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 20 years of residential use or 5 years of commercial use unless otherwise noted in the warranty.

The warranty is guaranteed by Berlin Gardens. However, we can handle the details and deal directly with the service department at Berlin Gardens to make sure all questions are answered. We also help assemble the necessary changes at our shop.

While we make every effort to ensure that your furniture is packaged for protection, sometimes in shipping, damage happens.

If you notice upon delivery that your furniture piece has been damaged, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. Let us know the extent of the damage and we will immediately work to handle the situation to your satisfaction.
